I pride my desserts on being fresh and delicious. Border piping and simple text is included in frosted cakes. While I focus on flavor over frills, I would be happy to add sprinkles, fruits, fruit sauces, or edible flowers, if available, for an additional cost.
Two 9-inch layers of traditional carrot cake with pineapple, no nuts or coconut in the cake. Cream cheese frosting, piped carrot decoration, and candied walnuts on top. Serves 12-14.

A dessert that is somehow rich and light simultaneously, with a speculoos cookie crust, chocolate ganache, and whipped cream. Gluten-free option made with gluten-free Oreos for the crust. Whipped cream can also be coffee flavored for mocha lovers! *Made in traditional fashion with undercooked eggs. Serves 10-12.

9 inch chai spiced coffee crumb cake, great in the morning or with afternoon coffee or tea. Frosting comes in an icing bag to be added as desired.
The favorite dessert of my friends and family. Homemade vanilla pudding, banana chunks, spiced cookie crumbs, and cream cheese whipped cream. Pan serves 20-25. Individual servings are 9 oz cups; each batch yields 20-25 cups, with a 20-cup minimum per order.
