I pride my desserts on being fresh and delicious. Border piping and simple text is included in frosted cakes. While I focus on flavor over frills, I would be happy to add sprinkles, fruits, fruit sauces, or edible flowers, if available, for an additional cost.

Traditional carrot cake with pineapple, no nuts or coconut in the cake. Cream cheese frosting, piped carrot decoration, and candied walnuts on top. Serves 12-14.

Vanilla Cake with Vanilla Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting

An extra moist classic vanilla cake made with buttermilk. Frosting is a combination of whipped cream and cream cheese frosting. Delicious plain, with toasted coconut coating, or with strawberry filling and strawberry crunch. Serves 12-14.

A dessert that is somehow rich and light simultaneously. Whipped cream can also be coffee flavored for mocha lovers! *Made in traditional fashion with undercooked eggs. Serves 10-12.

9 inch chai spiced coffee crumb cake, great in the morning or with afternoon coffee or tea. Frosting comes in an icing bag to be added as desired.

A very light and fluffy version of cheesecake that combines meringue, whipped cream, and cheesecake together to create a chiffon texture. Great with berries or fruit curd which can be added for additional cost. *This cake contains undercooked eggs and gelatin. Serves 10-12.

Banana Pudding

The favorite dessert of my friends and family. Homemade vanilla pudding, banana chunks, spiced cookie crumbs, and cream cheese whipped cream. Pan serves 15-18. Individual serving cups have a 20 cup minimum per order.
